My wedding season was looking pretty gloom come April, with many couples scrambling to cut guests, reschedule their day, or just cancel altogether. In the case of Morgan & Carter, they were scrambling to look for a photographer last minute for their outdoor, August wedding. They reached out to me several weeks beforehand. I was free, and I was in!

It’s not often that I walk into a wedding day never having met the bride & groom, but I could tell through our email interactions and phone conversations that all would be OK. Thankfully my gut had it right - I LOVED them! We immediately clicked. Sweet & easy-going - my kind of people! And thankfully so because we had a few hours of rain at the start of their day - and neither of them batted an eye. And hey, turns out clear bubble umbrellas make for some pretty cute bridesmaid shots!

Their ceremony was outdoor on Wallinwood Springs Golf Club, and their reception was under a beautiful white tent. StellaLuna Events did an incredible job planning & setting up, making every last detail picture perfect. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful, last minute wedding. Some things in life seem meant to be, and this is definitely one of them!
