It was just a handful of weeks ago I was with this family photographing a perfectly round bump, and here we are now welcoming Declan home!

The Boelema’s moved into their new build earlier in the year and everything was styled so beautifully, including Declan’s nursery! I always grab a few detailed shots of baby’s room upon my arrival and I just adored all the details of his safari inspired space. How sweet are those animal prints above his crib? And that blue dresser with bronze fixtures was giving me all the Joanna Gaines vibes. I like those kind of vibes. ;)

With such a well put together home brimming with neutral tones and natural light, we were able to utilize the nursery, master bedroom, family room, AND kitchen! Declan did wonderfully, snoozing a majority of our session, and big sister Brynnlee brought a healthy dose of spunk and charm. She’s such a sweetheart!
